What is microlearning?

Microlearnings are short educational videos focused on one theme. They aim to help you develop new skills, reflect on challenging situations in working life, and update your skills. Academy of Brain, who have 16 years and more than 500,000 learners’ experience in preparing and implementing content in 126 countries, are responsible for the content of the microlearning.

You can choose the learning content from the following themes:

Where can I complete microlearnings?

Microlearnings can be integrated into your organization’s intranet or the Viva Learning service. There are 80 short videos with a maximum duration of 10 minutes.

You can search for content that suits you by navigating by theme or search for content with search terms. Once you have found the content you are looking for, you can start your studies immediately or return to it at a convenient time.

You can also evaluate the content and give feedback to the Academy of Brain Oy, responsible for content production. The content is available in Finnish and English.
